just because we havent been atacked doesnt mean bush is preventing it. bush is about as involved as a newscaster is on the news he's reporting.
the simple fact is, 98% of what comes into this country doesnt even get inspected. if a terrorist wanted to get a dirty bomb in, they wouldnt have a problem.
the only real defense we have is the human element. counterintelligence, spys w/in terrorist organizations. black-ops.
